My name is Viviane Kieffer-Schmit.
I am a certified nurse with over 20 years of experience, having worked in various hospital departments, including emergency care for both adults and children. Currently, I work in the Women’s Clinic, specializing in emergency care, outpatient treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about caring for infants, children, and their families. I understand how challenging it can be for parents to see their little ones unwell or struggling. Over the years, I also noticed that many parents felt unheard and unsupported when their babies cried for hours, had trouble sleeping, or experienced emotional distress.
To provide better guidance and support, I pursued additional training in baby massage, emotional first aid, and bonding techniques. These practices allow me to assist new parents in building a secure and loving connection with their babies while also helping children and adults in acute situations.
As a mother of two wonderful sons, I have personally experienced the joys and challenges of parenthood. I truly believe in the power of touch, respect, and emotional connection to support a child’s well-being from infancy to adolescence.

I offer a range of services to help parents and caregivers create a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones:
